KEYRUS' GROUP BOARD OF DIRECTORS


The Keyrus' Board of Directors is a collegial body which collectively represents all the shareholders, and is bound by obligation to act in the best interests of the company in all circumstances.


The Keyrus' Board of Directors is attached to the quality of corporate governance, attentive to changes in good practices in this area and intent on making continuing improvements.


Keyrus administration is entrusted to a Board of Directors consisting of six members at 31 December 2011. The mandate of the directors lasts for a period of six years renewable. The Keyrus' Articles of Association state that the Board of Directors shall comprise between 3 and 18 members subject to the derogation provided for by the law in the event of a merger.

  • Eric COHEN
    Chairman & CEO

    Eric Cohen is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of the Keyrus Group. With a Postgraduate Diploma in IT and Management from Dauphine University, he started his career in 1989 via the launch of an SSII that he went on to actively develop as co-director. In 1996, he founded Keyrus, an IT consulting and services company specialized in new information and communications technologies, which he floated on the stock market in 2000 and grew in barely ten years into one of the top 50 IT services companies in France.
    Eric Cohen is the CEO of Keyrus, President of Absys Cyborg and Keyrus Spain (a Keyrus Group company), Director of Keyrus Benelux, Keyrus Belgium, Keyrus Luxembourg, Keyrus Brazil, Absys Cyborg Tunisia (Keyrus Group companies). He is manager of EMC Capital Partners and Absystem Gestion SPRL and director of Middlenext and the MEDEF Paris.

  • Didier TAUPIN
    Group Executive Vice-President

    ESC Rouen, chartered accountant, Didier Taupin  started his career in 1982 with Deloitte in France and became, in 1991, ‘Managing Partner’ of Deloitte Hungary, then, in 1997, Managing Partner of Consulting activities for Deloitte France.
    In 2003, he created Ineum Consulting which over the next 3 years, as President of the Executive Board, he transformed into the leading independent management consulting firm in France, before completing the merger with Management Consulting Group. 
    Didier TAUPIN joined Keyrus in early 2008 as Group Executive Vice-President.

  • Rebecca MEIMOUN
    Administrator

    Rebecca Meimoun holder of a DESS in Business Law (Panthéon Sorbonne University), started her career in 1993 as a lawyer with the Commercial Union Group. She joined Keyrus in 1997, as Legal and Social Relations Manager, then became Group Legal and Human Resources.
    Rebecca Meimoun is a director of Keyrus Benelux, Keyrus Belgium, Keyrus Luxembourg, Keyrus Canada and Keyrus Spain. 

  • Laetitia ADJADJ
    Administrator

    Laetitia Adjadj holder of a DESS Corporate Finance (Paris Dauphine University), started her career within the L’Oréal Group in the finance department of Lancôme. She has not been professionally active since 1994.
    Laetitia Adjadj is a director of Keyrus Benelux, Keyrus Belgium, Keyrus Luxembourg and Keyrus Canada. 

  • Philippe LANSADE
    Administrator

    IEP Paris, Philippe Lansade started his career in 1990 as financial analyst with Lehman Brothers International in Paris, London then New York within the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Two years later he joined the Securities branch of the Crédit Lyonnais in London as associate, before becoming Director of the Mergers & Acquisitions department. In 1997 he joined Rothschild & Cie in Paris, also in the Mergers & Acquisition branch, to take over the management. 

  • Claude BENMUSSA
    Administrator

    ESC Reims, Claude Benmussa started his career as auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. He then became financial director of the Compagnie Générale du Jouet (CEJI) before joining the Thomson CSF group as financial director of the Thomson LGT subsidiary. He joined the France Télécom Group in 1991 where he was successively Finance Director of EGT, Deputy Managing Director of FTMS and Director of Management Control and Accounting for France Telecom Group.
    Claude Benmussa was director of Telmex in Mexico, Mobistar in Belgium and Transpac in France, as well as President of the Audit Committee of TPSA in Poland.
    He is currently director of Orange France, President of the Audit Committee of ECMS/ Mobinil in Egypt, representing France Telecom on the Audit Committee of Bull and Senior Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
