“The coaching process in combination with a large training budget results in permanent growth for both the consultant and the company.”
job content
I started working for Keyrus in 2005 with some experience in Business Intelligence using the Cognos reporting tool. Keyrus gave me the opportunity to extend my knowledge in the banking domain. I started to work as an ETL specialist in the credit risk domain, using data integration studio. Currently I am working as a functional analyst in the market risk domain. The purpose of this project is to extend the existing flow of data with some exotic and inflation-linked products. My main responsibilities include the definition of the necessary mapping specifications and model changes and regular checks as to whether these are implemented correctly and in line with the initial business requirements.
coaching and training
A big advantage of working for Keyrus is that every consultant is personally guided by a coach. There is an annual evaluation but you also have the opportunity to meet up with your coach on a regular basis. During the coaching process the content of your objectives is discussed, and how to realise these in conjunction with your long-term career planning. This in combination with a large training budget results in permanent growth for both the consultant and the company. The continuous follow-up also leads to larger personal involvement between the employee and the company and avoids alienation due to long-term deployment at the client side.
