After more than 10 years’ experience, initially as an auditor, followed by a career in the financial industry, Marc joined the company in 2004. Marc has been active in the areas of consulting management, HR, finance and sales management before taking over the management of the BeLux affiliate of the Keyrus Group. He has a master degree in economic sciences & finance and has a graduate degree in management. He also obtained a strong experience in the performance management domain.
Steven Robben has been active in ICT consulting for more than 15 years, mainly in international companies.
Within the Keyrus management team, Steven’s main responsibility is to guarantee the daily management of Keyrus nv, focusing on delivery & resource allocation management, supervising the consulting (HR) and recruitment management and following up the quality of work delivered by all Keyrus’ consultants. Steven maintains frequent relationships with Keyrus’ clients, to improve project progress and provide solutions for project and staffing issues.
Previously, Steven has build up his experience in project management, ranging from feasibility study to migration and implementation projects, all related to performance management & business intelligence, mainly within the public, banking, insurance, automotive, manufacturing and utilities industries.
Christophe Severs joined Keyrus back in 2000 and grew through the years to its current position of Director Advisory Services. Combining a strong business intelligence and analytics background with definite affinity for the match between the organizational realities and its BI foundations, Christophe is servicing both multinational groups and mid-sized organizations in various industries. He focuses on delivering advisory missions and supporting the Keyrus teams on assignment in delivering consulting services in the fields of business intelligence and analytics. The major field of expertise of Christophe is in helping organizations to balance the trade-offs between the standards and best practices and their actual maturity in order to design organizational and technology strategies that fit their purpose and deliver tangible benefits. Within Keyrus, Christophe is also in charge of analyst relations and acts as Group Director Solutions and Services, defining the strategy of solutions and services, and enablin the Keyrus Group to continuously remain ahead of the market and trends.
Marc Vanderleyden graduated in 1985 as a commercial engineer from the Solvay School. He started his career working as account manager for Solvay before moving to the IT services sector.
Since then, he has built up a proven track record in sales and sales management functions both at local and large international system integrators. Marc joined Keyrus in 2010 and is in charge of sales, marketing and alliance management.
Assaf developed along his career a recognized international experience in operational improvement and technology consulting, by servicing major global customers, with a focus on financial sector institutions, and public sector administrations. He started his career in an international company developing and deploying corporate banking solutions. His major field of expertise today is in helping his customers design and deploy performance improvement programs leveraging their information technology. In particular, he has assisted CIO’s in improving the strategic alignment of their IT departments and the efficiency of their IT organizations.
