To support you in your progress and development, Keyrus Management makes use of three levers – continuous training on projects, training programs suited to your needs and your tasks, and a hands-on management style.

  • The diversity of the projects on which you will work will ensure that you discover different sectors of activity, different business lines, different technologies. Within project teams, you will progress not only by learning from other team members, but also by sharing your knowledge and know-how.
  • Our annual training  plan– established based on the company’s strategic objectives and training wishes and requirements validated during the annual assessment meetings – takes the form of individual customized programs comprising technical, functional and business modules, (project management, organizing meetings …). The sessions led by our senior consultants allow you to benefit directly from their expertise and their experience with our clients. Your program can also contain personal development modules (communication, stress management ...) and linguistics modules provided by external consultants.
  • Hands-on management is one of the strengths of our organization. Your manager’s aim is to guide you and help you develop in your chosen field. The end of each project is an opportunity to discuss this learning process with him/her. Once a year, during your assessment meeting, your manager will update your career plan, your skills map, the associated aims as well as what means need to be deployed in the short and medium term to achieve them.
