At Keyrus, the aim of job interviews is not to put you in a difficult situation or to drive you into a corner but to work together to identify what you can offer the Group and what the Group can offer you.
In order to prepare for these meetings, you are advised to study the Group’s websites, as these will help you to understand what we do and the spirit in which we work. Any questions you ask will only be more relevant.
Whether you are at the beginning of your career or are an experienced professional, you will be invited to talk about your development. The important thing for us, is to understand what your experiences, whatever they may be, have taught you, including about yourself. Please give some thought to this aspect before the interview, so as not to be caught off guard.
We will, of course, raise the subject of your professional career plan, and your career prospects. Don’t forget that at Keyrus we recognize that everybody has the right to change course, to have ideas and dreams. What is important for us, is to discover what your motivations are today and what it is that you really want to achieve.
Finally, three elementary recommendations:
Do not hesitate to ask your interviewers questions.
Allow yourself the time to think before answering any questions that you are asked.
Do not cheat – be frank and honest about your development and your skills – in other words, do not make any claims that you are not able to back up.
