Levallois - Perret, 3 April 2008 – Keyrus (Euronext code ISIN: FR0004029411), an international expert in business intelligence and performance management solutions integration and consulting, announces the appointment of Didier Taupin as Group Executive Vice-President.At the highest level of the organisation, alongside the Founding Chairman Eric Cohen, Didier Taupin will be responsible for the development of all Group businesses in all countries where it is present, with for special mission the identification and implementation of new growth levers and the improvement of Group profitability.

Didier Taupin commenced his career in 1982 with Deloitte France and was subsequently appointed Managing Partner of Deloitte Hungary in 1991, followed by Managing Partner of the consulting arm of Deloitte France in 1997. He led the separation of the consulting arm of Deloitte France, creating INEUM Consulting in 2003, which became in just three years the leading management consulting firm in France with 700 employees and revenue of €120 million.
As Chairman of the INEUM Consulting Management Board, Didier Taupin led the merger in 2006 with Management Consulting Group, an international consulting group included in the London stock exchange FTSE 350 index. He left this company one year after the merger.
Didier Taupin is a graduate of the ESC Rouen Business School and a French Chartered Accountant.
