Hans Hulpiau and Marc Stukkens succeed Marc Hansenne and Frank Rossaert, two co-founders of the company. Marc Hansenne and Frank Rossaert co-founded the company in 1996, at the time known as SOLIDPartners, together with Hans Hulpiau, and now open the door for new leadership. Their passion for the advancement of data warehousing, business intelligence and performance management services will continue to be a guiding influence of the Keyrus vision.

Both Frank Rossaert and Marc Hansenne took the opportunity to define new personal goals, and chose to turn their strengths to pursue new areas and professional challenges and to pass on the management of Keyrus in Belgium. They have placed full trust in their successors to guide the company to new heights.

Hans Hulpiau is one of the partners who originally co-founded the Belgian company in 1996. He holds a master degree Commercial Engineer in Management Informatics and has been active, for the last 12 years, mostly in the area of project management. His long experience in the company has made him a natural successor. Hans Hulpiau will head the finance, HR and administration departments at Keyrus nv.

Marc Stukkens has worked for Keyrus since 2003 heading different departments such as HR and sales. He has a master degree in economic sciences and finance, in financial analysis and has a graduate degree in management. He also obtained a strong experience in the performance management domain. Since he joined the company in 2004, Marc Stukkens has been active in the areas of consulting management, HR, finance and sales management. Marc Stukkens will manage Keyrus nv’s business development and commercial departments.

Eric Cohen, CEO and Didier Taupin, Deputy CEO of Keyrus group support both Hans Hulpiau and Marc Stukkens in their new positions. They highlight the good past and present performance of the Belgian Keyrus entity and confirm their full confidence in the Belgian team to ensure future development.

Marc Hansenne and Frank Rossaert will both remain active within Keyrus until the end of the year.
