project governance

For every project that Keyrus undertakes, a dedicated engagement manager guards our close partnership with the client. Throughout the entire lifecycle of the project, a clear focus is maintained on:

  • quality of delivery: quality assurance, warranted through regular reviews by peers and internal follow-up and review processes.
  • acceptance: a phased acceptance procedure, ensuring internal acceptance by Keyrus before delivery to and formal acceptance by the client.
  • scope, time and budget: clearly defined and documented through impact analysis before taking a joint decision.
  • risks and issues: continuous logging of risks and issues assessed and reported proactively, whereas mitigation actions are defined and applied.
  • communication: regular communication between all parties involved, from both the customer and the Keyrus side, guaranteed to be transparent, complete and timely.

Project governance and quality management procedures are applied throughout the whole project lifecycle.

Together with our project methodology, our project governance practices, based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge by Project Management Institute), contribute to ensure the timely delivery, on scope and within budget, of our assignments.
